Professional Staff

Jessica Kile, CLA: Jessica joined our firm as a paralegal in March of 2005. She has 16 years of experience as a paralegal and obtained her Certified Legal Assistant degree in 2002. As a result of Jessica's vast experience in personal injury law, she participates in meetings with prospective clients, drafts petitions and answers discovery for review by the lead attorney, often times accompanies our attorneys at mediations, hearings, depositions and in trial, and assists in settlement negotiations. Jessica and her husband have been happily married for ten years.

Ingrid Monson: Ingrid joined the Chaiken & Chaiken firm in October of 2001 with several years of experience as a legal assistant. Ingrid works directly with Robert Chaiken in the drafting of legal documents including petitions, orders and discovery. She also attends and prepares Rob for meetings with clients, depositions and trial. Ingrid, who is single, speaks both English and Spanish fluently and has lived in the Dallas area for many years.

Sara Longmore: Sara has been Kenneth Chaiken's legal assistant since June of 2003. She has 19 years of experience in the legal field and assists Ken in all matters relating to his civil litigation practice, including the drafting of complex legal documents. She and her husband, Shawn, have been married for nine years and have two beautiful children.

Laura Olson: Laura is our Firm Administrator who joined us in June of 2007. Her legal experience of 25 years includes several years working as a legal assistant for various law firms in Texas. In 1999, she moved into legal administration. Laura manages all the day-to-day business operations of the firm. She and her attorney husband have lived in the Dallas area for nearly 17 years and have three children and one grandchild.
