Recent ruling: Supreme Court of Texas

The firm has been involved in defending several clients who were being pursued for collection of a complicated promissory note obligation. Recently the Supreme Court of Texas agreed with several of our arguments in opposition to findings made by both the trial court and the Dallas Court of Appeals and as a result, the case will continue.
