Recent ruling: Jury Verdict

Recently the firm was involved in a case involving a sexual assault which occurred at a massage establishment. The case went to trial and a jury found that both the massage therapist and the massage establishment were liable and awarded damages of $140,000. In addition the client was instrumental in having the therapist prosecuted to the full extent of the law and causing an investigation that led to the closure of the establishment. We were glad to be a part of our client’s brave and courageous pursuit of this claim and that full justice was achieved.
